  2. Artistic Nature of Products All artworks, prints, and creative pieces offered under KTZART are original works created by the artist Krystian Tyl. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of the products, slight variations in color, texture, composition, or detail may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
  3.  Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of artwork or materials. 
  4.  Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
  5. Shipping & Delivery Processing times may vary depending on the artwork, commission type, and order volume. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  6. Returns & Refunds Due to the custom and artistic nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence. 
  7.  Commissions (if applicable) Custom artworks are created based on mutual agreement between the client and the artist. Once a commission is started, deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final artworks reflect the artistic interpretation of Krystian Tyl and remain subject to the artist’s style and creative freedom. 
  8.  Intellectual Property All artworks, designs, images, branding, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of KTZART by Krystian Tyl, unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
  9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. All products are provided “as is,” in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 
  10.  Privacy Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
