1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Returned items must be sent in appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Commissioned artworks created according to the customer's specifications.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Goods clearly customized for an individual customer.

  • Digital products or downloadable content once performance has begun with the customer's prior consent where applicable.

Therefore, custom commissions, personalized artworks, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless they are faulty or not as described.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Repair

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
